GREETING 代表者ご挨拶
一般社団法人福岡青年会議所は持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）を支援しています。
国際アカデミーは、青年にトレーニングの機会を与え、グローバルリーダーを育成する機会になると共に、世界約80ヵ国の会頭候補者と日本全国から集まる約100名のJCメンバー、並びに事業に参画していただく市民の皆様との相互理解を深め、そのことを通じて恒久的かつ永久の世界平和確立に貢献する日本青年会議所の中でも一番の事業とも言われる国際アカデミーを福岡青年会議所が開催地LOMとして、福岡のまちで開催をさせていただきます。
国際アカデミーは、約1週間の日程でホームステイやエクスカーション、学校訪問プログラムや福岡ならではの開催地プログラムなど、メンバーをはじめ、プログラムを実施する事業であります。
2004年JCI世界会議福岡大会を最後に、JCI公式諸会議の中で、唯一、福岡青年会議所が開催していなかった、先人達のDNAを伝承しつつも、本年、日本青年会議所も掲げる組織のアップデートをしていかなければならない福岡青年会議所が実施する国際アカデミーは、32年続く開催地としてのプログラムの底上げを行うと共に、また福岡ブロック協議会を巻き込んでいくことで、昨年のG20YEA福岡開催に続く、LOMとまちへの、絶好の国際の機会となり、福岡をことは間違いありません。
その参加者である各国青年会議所の会頭候補者は将来的にも各国で指導者的な立場で活躍する人材であり、このたびの事業はその各国の代表に「FUKUOKA｣という地域を知っていただくことができるだけでなく、世界80ヶ国へ向けて「FUKUOKA」の魅力を発信する絶好の機会とも捉えております。
新型コロナウイルスの影響により、集うことは叶いませんが、完全Web開催という新たな国際アカデミーとなります。
これは、我々の使命をも秘めた、福岡でしかできない、福岡にしかできない、第33回国際アカデミーに挑戦して参ります。

JCI Academy gives opportunities for youth to have trainings to develop global leaders. JCI Academy enables mutual understanding among 80 overseas delegates, 100 Japanese delegates, and people in Fukuoka. JCI Academy is one of the biggest projects of JCI Japan which surely leads to achieve world peace. We, JCI Fukuoka, are proud to host JCI Academy in Fukuoka.
For a week, we are planning to have homestay program, excursion, school visit, and Fukuoka original host program.
After the JCI World Congress in Fukuoka 2004, JCI Academy is the only JCI program which JCI Fukuoka did not host. We are sure that this program will be a great international opportunity for the chapter and the city of Fukuoka, following on from last year's G20YEA in Fukuoka, to improve the program that has continued for 32 years while passing on the DNA of our predecessors and to involve the Fukuoka Bloc Council.
The delegates who are candidates for the presidents of each JCI country will be active in the future as leaders in their respective countries, and this program is not only a great opportunity for them to get to know FUKUOKA, but also a great opportunity to show the appeal of FUKUOKA to 80 countries around the world.
Due to the COVID-19, we will not be able to meet together, but this will be new JCI Academy that will be held entirely online.
We are going to take on the challenge of the 33rd JCI Academy, which can only be held in Fukuoka with our mission.

各プログラム、モジュールを通して「彼らの意識が福岡の地に宿る」ことで、未来の福岡のまちに今後大きな影響を与えてくれることを期待しています。

Web開催であろうと伝えられる思いはあります。そして時代の変化にこそ最大のチャンスが秘められています。我々青年が世界規模のパンデミックであろうと下を向くことなく、未来を強く描き、その真価が問われていることを認識し、邁進していく必要があります。
国際アカデミー in 福岡が、まちの国際化に強いインパクトを与える事業となるよう、開催へとメンバー一同邁進して参ります。

We will spread the charms of Fukuoka to delegates from 80 countries around the world.
We hope that each program and module will enable them to "bring their consciousness to Fukuoka" and that will have a great impact on the future of Fukuoka City.

To make Fukuoka a better place 10 years from now.
We are able to convey our feelings to the world, even if it is held online. And the biggest opportunity is hidden in the changing times. We, the youth, need to have a strong vision of the future without looking down in this global pandemic, recognize that the true value of our efforts is being challenged, and push forward.
All the members will strive to make the JCI Academy in Fukuoka a project that will have a strong impact on the internationalization of our city.

JCI ACADEMY 国際アカデミー
(JCI Academy)について
青年会議所（JC）とは、「英知と勇気と情熱をもって、明るい豊かな社会を作り上げる」べく、20歳から40歳までの「品格ある青年経済人」が活動する団体です。福岡青年会議所は、全世界4,780ある青年会議所の一つであり、福岡市を活動拠点とする団体です。
国際アカデミーとは、各国の青年会議所の代表(翌年トップになる予定の人)が日本に集まり、国際レベルで活躍するリーダーとなるためのトレーニングを行います。議論を交わし、共に試練を乗り越え、いわば「同じ釜の飯を食う」生活を1週間にわたって続けることで、世界中の「明日のリーダー」同士が友情を深め、「自分の地域や国」に留まらない発展や世界平和を確立することが目的です。今年の国際アカデミーには、海外参加者(海外デリゲイツ）約80名、国内参加者（国内デリゲイツ）約100名の参加が見込まれています。海外のデリゲイツと国内のデリゲイツは、原則として2人1組のチームを作ります。この関係を「バディ」とよびます。バディがいくつか集まって10人程度のグループを作り、このグループ単位で一緒にプログラムを体験し、ディスカッションを行います。この国際アカデミーは、毎年日本で開催され、33回目となる2020年の開催地は福岡です。国際アカデミーでは、上記のような「トレーニング」とは別に、一般家庭にホームステイをしたり、地元の自然や歴史、文化に触れるといったイベントも行われます。世界中から集まる、その国の政治や経済に大きな影響力を有する人々に、福岡を好きになってもらい、福岡のファンになってもらう絶好の機会でもあります。
JCI is a non-profit organization of young active citizens age 20 to 40 who are engaged and committed to creating impact in their communities.
Active citizens are individuals invented in the future of our world. JCI Fukuoka is one of the local chapters out of 4,780 all over the world, based in Fukuoka city.
JCI Academy is held once a year somewhere in Japan. International delegates from about 80 countries, most of who are strong candidates of next year’s national leaders of JCI National Organizations, gather some part of Japan and train themselves to become better leaders for tomorrow. They exchange ideas, learn from each other, challenge for new things and overcome challenges together for 6 days 5 nights.
The 33rd JCI Academy is held in Fukuoka, and it is held completely online for the first time. With 80 countries connected from Fukuoka, the new JCI Academy will be held. -

(JCI Academy)のシステム
国際アカデミーには、世界各国の青年会議所の「翌年のトップ予定者」とともに、日本全国から集まった青年会議所メンバーも参加します。国際アカデミーへの参加者のことを「デリゲイツ」とよびます。今年の国際アカデミーには、海外デリゲイツ約80名、国内デリゲイツ約100名の参加が見込まれています。
海外のデリゲイツと国内のデリゲイツは、原則として2人1組のチームを作ります。この関係を「バディ」とよびます。バディがいくつか集まって10人程度のグループを作り、このグループ単位で一緒にプログラムを体験し、ディスカッションを行います。In a JCI Academy, besides incoming National Presidents and potential future leaders from 80 countries, JCI Japan members also participate. We call the participants delegates.
This year, JCI Academy will be held entirely online, and we expect about 80 overseas delegates and 50 Japanese delegates to participate, forming groups of about 12 people per team to experience the program and have discussions together.

ABOUT JCI 青年会議所について
1949年、明るい豊かな社会の実現を理想とし、責任感と情熱をもった青年有志による東京青年商工会議所（商工会議所法制定にともない青年会議所と改名）設立から、日本の青年会議所（JC）運動は始まりました。
共に向上し合い、社会に貢献しようという理念のもとに各地に次々と青年会議所が誕生。
1951年には全国的運営の総合調整機関として日本青年会議所（日本JC）が設けられました。
現在、日本全国に青年会議所があり、「修練」「奉仕」「友情」の三つの信条のもと、より良い社会づくりをめざし、ボランティアや行政改革等の社会的課題に積極的に取り組んでいます。
さらには、国際青年会議所（JCI）のメンバーとして各国の青年会議所と連携し、世界を舞台として、さまざまな活動を展開しています。
私たちは、ひとづくり、まちづくりをテーマに日々活動・運動しています。
The basic foundations of the Jaycee movement in Japan were first laid in 1949, by young active citizens determined to help raise the economy from the ashes of postwar Japan, and the movement spread rapidly through the country. Following its establishment, with Tokyo as the base of operations for the nationwide movement, in 1951 Junior Chamber International Japan (JCI Japan) was officially affiliated with Junior Chamber International (JCI).
Since being founded, JCI Japan has aimed to build a bright and prosperous society, through community and personal development. All activities are carried out based on the three principles of Training, Service and Fellowship, and the members promote and carry out projects based on these principles.
